COVID-19 Hygiene and safety

 

At Villa Pinos Malaga B&B and villa rental, we take hygiene and safety very  seriousley and therefore we developed some guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests. We have adjusted our cleaning, check-in and check-out protocols. So we can keep our B&B free of viruses and so we allow our guests to stay safely with us.

 

1.   Upon arrival we do not shake hands and we keep a proper distance.

2. Upon arrival, we ask our guests to clean their hands with a disinfectant gel.

3. The room keys are disinfected after every check-out.

4. After guests have left and before the next guests arrive, the rooms are fully cleaned and disinfected with the appropriate cleaning and disinfection products, according to the guidelines of the local authorities.

5. We have temporarily removed our decorative cushions from the rooms as we cannot wash them at high temperatures .

6. As always, the bed linen is cleaned at our hotel laundry so that we can guarantee 100% hygiene.

7. We wash the bath linen ourselves at high temperatures so that we can guarantee 100% hygiene .

8. The rooms are cleaned every day, as well as all devices and associated remote controls are disinfected daily. If you do not want the cleaning service, you can cancel this.

9. Please ventilate the rooms regularly.

10. At check-in, our rooms are provided with masks and a bottle of hand disinfectant gel. Extra masks and disinfectant gel are for sale in our B&B.

11. The mini-bar will be replenished and disinfected daily .

12. We serve breakfast at the table. Our guests of both rooms can use breakfast privately.

13. May we ask you to disinfect your hands with disinfectant gel before having breakfast.

14. The dishes and glasses are cleaned at high temperatures in the dishwasher.

15. The chairs and sun beds at the pool are disinfected daily before and after use.

16. May we ask to keep at least 1.5m distance to other guests.

17. May we ask you to use towels when using sun beds near the pool.
