Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellations are only accepted in writing or by e-mail stating your reservation number.

If the reservation agreement is cancelled, the following cancellation costs will be charged:

1. Up to 14 days before the arrival: will the amount already paid, fully refunded.

2. From 14 days before up to and including the day of arrival: 100% of the total stay will be charged.

3. In case of a no show: 100% of the total stay will be charged.
